FINANCIAL
Opportunities for medium to high growth, recurring revenues and minimum durable margins of 15%
OWNER SITUATION
Owner(s) seeking full sale of business willing to participate in reasonable transition period and motivated to sell for nonbusiness reasons.
Search fund entrepreneurs seek out a single company to buy with great partnerships with investors/advisors, and lenders to receive the torch from a retiring owner and become the chief executive officer of the newly purchased company.
